Echipa noastra a strans de-a lungul timpului experienta relevanta in Management de Proiect, in Training si Consultanta, in Marketing si Comunicare, in Inginerie si IT. Toate acestea s-au reunit intr-un produs educational. Cunostintele din domenii variate ale membrilor echipei contribuie la crearea unor scenarii detaliate, cu intrebari si situatii pliate pe specificul proiectului. Over time, our team gained relevant experience in Project Management field, in Training and Consultancy, in Marketing and Communication, in Engineering and IT. All this came together and created this educational product. The knowledge that came from various fields of activity is very useful in creating real life scenarious, adapted to the specific of every project.

Experienta dobandita in pozitii manageriale din domenii diferite (tehnologia informatiei, industria petrochimica, training si consultanta) si pasiunea de a lucra cu oamenii i-au conferit ca principal atribut capacitatea de a transpune conceptele manageriale in instrumente de lucru valoroase in lumea reala. His experience in managerial positions in different areas (information technology, petrochemical field, training and consultancy) and his passion of working with people helped him gain the ability to apply in real life valuable managerial tools.

Radu Stefanescu - Co-fondator si IT Manager Co-founder and IT Manager

Radu are o experienta de 7 ani in domeniul IT. In tot acest timp, a participat la numeroase proiecte in calitatate de Software Developer, cunoaste foarte bine dificultatile si conflictele care pot aparea in atingerea obiectivelor, cat si modul in care se solutioneaza la nivel de management. In completare, el este acreditat ca Manager de Proiect si Trainer ANC si Manager de Proiect ITOL. Radu has 7 years of experience in IT. During this time, he participated in several complex projects, as a Software Developper. Therefore, he is familiar with the difficulties and conflicts that may occur in the development of a project and he also knows what managerial strategies should be applied. In addition to this, he is certified as a Project Manager and Trainer at ANC and also a Project Manager at ITOL.

In prezent lucreaza ca si Business Manager in cadrul unei companii de consultanta in IT si inginerie, interactioneaza frecvent cu tipologii diferite de oameni, activitatea sa fiind totodata o sursa de inspiratie pentru scenariile Brainzecutive.Datorita cunostintelor solide in Software Development, Radu a dezvoltat intreaga platforma Brainzecutive, perfectionand-o de-a lungul timpului, pentru ca experienta utilizatorului sa fie cat mai placuta. Currently Radu is working as a Business Manager in an IT and Engineering consultancy company, he frequently interacts with different types of people, his work being also a source of inspiration for the Brainzecutive scenarios. Because of his solid knowledge in Software Development, Radu has developed the Brainzecutive platform perfecting it over time, in order to offer a satisfying user experience.

Natalia Neamt- Specialist Marketing si PR, Content Writer Marketing and PR Specialist, Content Writer

Natalia a absolvit Facultatea de Stiinte Politice si, ulterior, Facultatea de Constructii, sectia Inginerie Civila. Cele doua specializari, atat de variate, ii ofera posibilitatea de a intelege ca fiecare proiect este unic, ca exista un set strategii manageriale specifice fiecarui domeniu de activitate. A lucrat atat ca Inginer Proiectant, cat si ca Specialist Marketing, ocupandu-se de strategia de marketing a mai multor start up-uri.Natalia has graduated the Faculty of Political Science and also Civil Engineering. These two different specializations, helped her undersand that each project is unique, that there are specific management strategies, adapted to each domain. Her experience consists in working both as a Civil Engineer and as a Marketing Specialist, dealing with the marketing strategy for several start ups.

In demersul sau de creare a continutului pentru Brainzecutive, una dintre preocupari este contactul si discutia permanenta cu cat mai multi Manageri de Proiect din domenii foate variate, pentru a transpune o parte din experienta fiecaruia in scenariile de management de proiect. During her content creating activities for Brainzecutive, one of her main concerns is establishing a continuous contact with different project managers, so that their a valuable experiences can be highlighted in project management scenarios.

Dezvoltat de traineri de Management de Proiect si PMP, pentru Manageri de Proiect Developed by Project Management and PMP Trainers, for Project Managers

Gheorghe este convins ca demersurile organizationale sau personale de tip proiect, bine gestionate, sunt cheia evolutiei si a succesului. Si crede ca in lumea contemporana lucrurile cu adevarat importante se realizeaza numai prin parteneriate autentice. Din aceste considerente, de peste 15 ani este implicat activ in domeniul managementului de proiect promovand si militand pentru colaborari si pentru constituirea de parteneriate lucrative.

Astfel, aplicatia a fost folosita prima data la nivel intern, ca un exercitiu practic in cadrul sesiunilor de training. Dar feedback-ul foarte bun pe care l-am primit de la utilizatori ne-a motivat sa extindem aplicatia, sa cream noi scenarii si sa ii adaugam si modulul de teste.

In viitor, vrem sa dezvoltam mai multe scenarii din industrii diferite. Vrem ca BrainZecutive sa devina o unealta de cizelare a mintilor viitorilor manageri de proiect, prin exersarea situatiilor reale din viata de zi cu zi a managerilor de proiect.

Gogu is convinced that the key for success and evolution are the personal and organizational efforts in the form of well managed projects. Also, he thinks that, in the contemporary world, the really important objectives can be achieved only through genuine partnerships. For these reasons, Gogu is actively involved in promoting the project management field and campaigning for the establishment of lucrative partnerships.

The application was first used internally, as a practical exercise in training sessions. But the very good feedback that we received from users has motivated us to expand our application, to create new scenarios and to add module tests.

In the future, we want to develop several scenarios in different industries. We wish to make BrainZecutive a polishing tool for the minds of future project managers, by practicing real -life situations.

Programul Simplify, Grow, Win- Program de dezvoltare organizationala in managementul proiectelor, derulat de o echipa condusa de Gheorghe Stefanescu la ArcelorMittal Galati a fost declarat "Proiectul anului 2013 - Categoria Educatie" de catre asociatia profesionala Project Management Institute Romania Chapter, PMI RO.In 2010-2011 we supported the preparation for PMP® certification for professional association PMI Romania Chapter (www.pmi.ro).
